Siq Treats by Adrienne is a cottage food operational bakery issued by Riverside County Department of Environmental Health located in Southern CA. Permit #PR0085737 My products are made in a home based kitchen not subject to inspection by a health department and may contain common food allergens including but not limited to eggs, wheat, dairy, nuts, soy, and nut extracts. If you have a food allergy, then I do not recommend consuming my products. If you have safety concerns, contact your local health department.

What type of custom cookies do you offer?

I offer fully decorated custom sugar cookies that are decorated to your specifications. 

Along with DIY kits that includes baked undecorated cookies with icing and tools for a fun frost your own cookie activity.

How big are your cookies?

Regular sized cookies are generally 3-4 inch cookies. Prices for regular cookies start at $48 per dozen

​

Mini sized cookies are 2-2.5 inches . It is hard to get too detailed on a small cookie, so they are designed to be mini but cute. Minimum order of 2 dozen if only purchasing minis.

Mini sized cookie for platters are 1.5-2" bite sized cookies with one color per dozen.

How are your cookies packaged?

Unless otherwise requested, each cookie is individually heat-sealed in a clear bag and will stay fresh at room temperature for at least 2-3 weeks. Depending on your needs, packaging can be upgraded to include custom bows and/or boxes for an additional fee.

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

ASAP! Custom designs often require a specific details and take time to coordinate. My calendar fills up quickly sometimes months in advance so the sooner you know you want to place an order please reach out and do so. (A minimum of 2 weeks notice is ideal, though cannot guarantee availability at that point.)

         Expedited orders:

While I cannot guarantee availability, I do my best to meet your needs. Orders made fewer than 2 weeks may be subject to a rush order fee.

How do I get my order?

​Pick up/delivery date/time are set when booking. I have a few options for you to receive your cookie order. You can choose to pick up from 2 different locations, one in Hemet, CA. and the other in Lemon Grove, CA. on designated days and times, or have them delivered directly to you. Depending on where you are located there may be a delivery charge.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment

Once your order details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent. Once deposit/full payment is made this indicates you read and agree to abide by the terms and condition of my shop.

        Custom Orders:

A deposit of 50% is required to book a custom order and remaining balance is due 10 days before pick up/delivery date. Remaining balance is also due 10 days before pickup/delivery date. Deposits are refundable up until 10 days before pickup/delivery date. (after the 10th day it is no longer refundable due to the fact that your order will already be in the process of being completed and materials needed to complete your order have been purchased).

      Holiday/Seasonal PRE-SALES

Full payment is required for all pre-sale products. Due to the nature of Pre-Sales all sales are final and not refundable.

Inspirational photos

Any set ordered from a photo that was produced elsewhere will be made similar and not an exact replica​.

Color Matching

Please understand that lighting and colors may vary from screen to screen and for this reason I am un able to guarantee an exact color match. However I will do my best to make the colors you desire come out as close as possible.

 

Copyrighted Material

I am unable to create certain characters sets however I can create inspired by sets that can be discussed further while offering a quote.

Design Changes

Changes can be made up until 2 weeks before pickup/delivery date. The make changes date will be specified on your invoice. Once Deposit and final payment is made you are agreeing with said change by date.

After pick up/delivery

Once orders are picked up/delivered, Siq Treats by Adrienne is no longer responsible for what happens. A cookie care card will be provided for custom orders. Be sure to follow the directions.

Please keep your cookies out of the sun and in a cool vehicle while transporting. Cookies should be kept on a flat surface and room temperature. DO NOT REFRIGERATE THEM. ​
